What Readers are Saying About Fishers of Men

Like the first week and weekend of a new feature film, Fishers of Men reached Number One in its opening week.  This is what readers are saying.

  1. 4.0 out of 5 stars Good analogy, applied in many scenarios
  2. 5.0 out of 5 stars A mature approach to finding your dream guy
  3. 5.0 out of 5 stars sound advice
  4. 5.0 out of 5 stars  A mature approach to finding your dream guy
  • This author obviously really cares about women. This comes across so strongly throughout. He offers really sound advice to enable women to make the best possible choices in their search for a mate, and for happiness. Really well researched and knowledgeable this is a really insightful text.
  • Teaching women how to 'fish' for men is the theme here and although that sounds a little controlling, nothing could be further from the truth.  Finding out about your own needs and habits as well as those of the 'fish' is a major part of the teaching.Recommend this to the younger generation as well as those jumping back into the dating game at a riper age.
  • First of all I am a man, so this book is not written for me, but I do have daughters that of the age that they are looking for husbands, so I read this book from that perspective. This book uses the analogy of fishing to discuss the process of finding a suitable husband. It has interviews of many women who share their experiences. I think this book is successful in helping women know how to catch a husband who is a keeper.
  • If you are a person of faith and an older woman this book might be for you. There are true nuggets in the book that will be helpful in looking for a certain type of man. It is always fascinating hearing the man's point of view - it's a good perspective to understand.
